London PPC Management Company
London PPC management for brands fighting in the UK's most competitive digital market. Finance, professional services and a diverse mix of London businesses push cost per click higher every year, so we focus on quality score, intent and conversion rate to keep your returns growing.
Real Mojo Dojo clients, on the record.
Paying for clicks in the UK's most crowded market.
Roughly one in five UK businesses is registered in the capital: about 531,000 VAT or PAYE businesses in March 2024, 19.5% of the national total. Many national brands, marketplaces and agencies have their head offices here too. Put the city name next to almost any commercial service and you enter one of the most expensive auctions in the country, bidding against firms with large budgets and in-house paid media teams.
B2B categories feel it most. The Square Mile holds one in five of Great Britain's financial services jobs, and startups raised $10.8 billion in venture capital in 2024, so funded fintech, SaaS and AI companies chase the same technical buyers. Consumer categories have their own twist: 20.9 million international visits in 2024 mean hotels, restaurants and attractions compete for searches made by people who are not in the country yet.
PPC management is the discipline that keeps spend sensible in a market like this. It covers planning, building, running and improving paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, and judging them on leads, sales and revenue. For most advertisers here that means narrowing the fight to a borough, a buyer or a precise intent, rather than paying for the whole city. Our guide to SEO, PPC and SEM explains when paid is worth it, and our SEO services cover the organic side.
Our nationwide offer is described on the PPC Management UK page. Also operating in Manchester? We can help there too. Related London services include Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. For the full list, see our London services.

PPC management in London: the scale of competition.
Official figures on business density, wealth and the finance cluster that bids up B2B clicks.
Where PPC budgets leak, and what we do about it.
Six common ways paid budget is wasted. Two of them are especially costly in the capital.
Conversions are counted wrongly
Double-counted form fills, reloaded thank-you pages and missing call tracking make an account look better or worse than it is, and automated bidding then learns from bad data.
Measurement is fixed first
We audit every conversion action, remove duplicates, add call and form tracking, and feed real lead or revenue value back to the platform where we can.
Ads show for the wrong searches
Broad and phrase match can trigger ads on loosely related queries, so budget goes to clicks that were never going to buy.
Search terms reviewed continually
We mine search term reports, add negatives, tighten match types and separate brand from non-brand so you can see what new customers really cost.
Targeting only people already in the city
Tourism, hospitality and events businesses often set location targeting to people in the city. But most bookings are made by visitors before they travel, so the campaign misses the people who would actually buy.
Targeting by intent as well as location
We target people searching for the city from elsewhere in the UK and abroad, split those campaigns from local ones, and set budgets around booking windows.
Good clicks, poor landing page
Paid traffic sent to a generic or slow page converts badly, and platforms can charge more for a weak landing page experience.
Pages built for the ad
We match page to message, cut form friction and test variants. See our conversion rate optimisation service.
Stale ads and creative fatigue
Ads that never change lose click-through rate, and on social platforms audiences tire of seeing the same creative.
Structured testing
We run controlled ad and creative tests, keep winners and retire losers, so learning compounds instead of resetting.
Every form fill counted as a win
In finance, legal and B2B tech, many enquiries never become clients. If the platform treats every form as equal, automated bidding chases cheap, low-quality leads.
Bids trained on real outcomes
We connect your CRM or import offline conversions so the account learns which leads become revenue, and report cost per qualified opportunity, not just cost per lead.
Industries we help in London.
Sector by sector, the job paid media does in a market this competitive.
Financial and professional services
Long sales cycles and strict rules on marketing claims. We run compliant search on specific services, LinkedIn by firm and seniority, and import offline outcomes so bids learn from signed clients, not form fills.
Fintech, SaaS and AI
Funded competitors push up B2B click prices. We focus on high-intent comparison and integration searches, keep brand and non-brand apart, and report cost per demo and pipeline value.
Hotels, restaurants and attractions
Visitors spent a record £17.3 billion in 2024. We target people planning trips from abroad and elsewhere in the UK, with ads and budgets that follow booking windows rather than arrival dates.
Retail and ecommerce
West End and online retailers compete with national chains and marketplaces. Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, feed clean-up and margin-based bidding keep product ads profitable.
Creative, fashion and design
Fashion Week in February and September and the September design festival create short, intense windows. We schedule Meta, YouTube and search budgets to land in those windows with creative tested beforehand.
Trades, clinics and local services
Buyers here search by borough, postcode or tube stop. We build tight location targeting and call tracking so a Wandsworth plumber or a Camden clinic pays only for customers they can reach.

How PPC advertising works.
Most PPC platforms sell ad space through an auction that runs each time someone searches or scrolls. You choose who you want to reach and what you are willing to pay for a result. The platform then decides whether your ad enters the auction and where it appears.
On Google Ads, position depends on Ad Rank, which combines your bid with the quality of your ad and landing page and the context of the search. That is why the highest bidder does not always win, and why a relevant ad on a fast page can cost less per click than a poor one. Quality Score, a 1 to 10 diagnostic shown in the account, is a useful signal of how well keyword, ad and landing page fit together.
Other platforms work on similar principles with different inputs. Meta and LinkedIn weigh your bid against how likely the audience is to engage. Managing PPC well means knowing what each auction rewards and shaping the account to match. For the biggest platform, see our Google Ads management service.

PPC and SEO work best together.
Paid search buys speed and control. You can be on page one tomorrow, target exact audiences and switch budgets on and off. Organic search builds an asset that keeps bringing traffic without a cost per click. Each channel makes the other cheaper to run.
Search term data from paid campaigns shows which keywords convert, so we know which pages are worth ranking for. Organic data shows which pages already convert, so we know where paid clicks will land well. Bfree is a good example: running Google Ads management alongside SEO, sales rose 1000% and organic traffic 192%.
If you are deciding where to start, our guide to SEO vs PPC vs SEM sets out the trade-offs, and our SEO service covers the organic side.

Areas we serve in London.
We manage paid campaigns remotely for businesses in every part of the capital. Central clients sit in Westminster, Camden, Islington and Kensington and Chelsea, and in business districts from the Square Mile and King's Cross to Paddington and the South Bank.
East, we work with firms in Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham, from Shoreditch to Canary Wharf and Stratford. South of the river that means Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Greenwich and Croydon, and to the west and north Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing, Brent, Barnet, Harrow and Hounslow, out to Richmond upon Thames and Kingston upon Thames. Targeting is set by borough or postcode district, because that is how people here search.
Selected results.
Featured results from our wider client portfolio. They illustrate our approach to paid and organic growth, not results for businesses in this city.
“Their team understood our business before we even had to explain it. Enquiries are up 250% and the quality is better than ever.”
Outsmart competitors instead of outspending them.

What are PPC management services?
PPC management services cover the planning, setup, daily running and reporting of pay per click advertising. That includes keyword and audience research, ad copy and creative, bidding and budgets, tracking, landing page advice and regular reporting, across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn.
Do you work with London businesses?
Yes, and we do it remotely. Strategy sessions and monthly reviews happen over video calls, and you get shared reporting that shows spend, leads and cost per lead at any time. There are no premises to visit, and none are needed to run a good account.
How is PPC different from SEO?
PPC buys visibility. You pay per click or action, results start quickly and you control who sees the ad. SEO earns visibility over months and has no cost per click, but takes longer to build. Most businesses do best running both, each informing the other. Our guide to SEO vs PPC vs SEM goes through the trade-offs.
Which PPC platforms should I advertise on?
It depends on where your buyers are and what a customer is worth. Search ads suit people who already know what they want. Shopping suits online stores. LinkedIn suits B2B lead generation. Meta and TikTok suit demand creation and visual products. We recommend a mix after understanding your margins, not a fixed package.
How long does it take to see results from PPC?
Traffic starts as soon as campaigns are approved, but useful conclusions take longer. Platforms need data to learn, so expect the first weeks to be about collecting it and removing waste, with efficiency improving as tests conclude. Linen House cut marketing cost by 40% while paid revenue grew 109%, which is the pattern good management aims for.
How can a smaller business compete on paid search here?
By not fighting on every term. We narrow campaigns to the boroughs you serve, the buyers you want and specific, high-intent searches, and cut broad city-wide keywords where big brands set the price. A focused account often wins more leads per pound than a bigger, broader one.
How do I know if my PPC campaigns are working?
Judge them on business results: leads, sales, revenue, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend, not clicks or impressions. That only works if conversion tracking is accurate, so we check tracking first. Where possible we tie ad data to real sales or lead quality, not just form fills.
Should I manage PPC in-house or hire an agency?
In-house works when you have someone with the time and platform experience to keep accounts current. An agency suits teams that need specialists across several platforms, fresh testing ideas and reporting that ties spend to revenue. Many businesses start with an agency and bring parts of the work in-house later.
Can you advertise to visitors before they arrive?
Yes. For hotels, restaurants, attractions and events we run campaigns aimed at people searching from elsewhere in the UK and abroad, timed to when they book rather than when they travel, and separate from campaigns for local customers.
Do you provide PPC audits?
Yes. An audit reviews your account structure, tracking, keywords and search terms, ads, budgets and landing pages, then ranks the fixes by likely impact. See our Google Ads audit, or use the form below to ask for a review.
What is remarketing and why does it matter?
Remarketing shows ads to people who have already visited your site or engaged with your brand. Most visitors do not convert on the first visit, so remarketing keeps you in front of warmer audiences, usually at a lower cost per conversion than cold traffic. Linen House used remarketing as part of the campaign that grew paid revenue 109%. See our remarketing service.
What should I look for in a PPC agency?
Ask who owns the ad accounts, how conversions are measured, what the reports lead with, and how spend is split by margin. Look for published results in your kind of business, not just headline figures. Be wary of agencies that report clicks and impressions but cannot show revenue or cost per lead.
