#1 LinkedIn Ads Agency in Sydney
Sydney LinkedIn Ads built for the deepest concentration of corporate decision makers in Australia. Finance, tech and professional services buyers here are expensive to reach and slow to commit, so we target by seniority and account rather than spraying budget across job titles.
Real Mojo Dojo clients, on the record.
Reaching senior buyers in a crowded, many-centred market.
Twenty-six square kilometres of the City of Sydney local area generate more than $156 billion in gross regional product a year, about 6% of national GDP. Finance and insurance is the biggest earner at around $44 billion a year, followed by professional services at around $28 billion, and the City North precinct alone held about 94,000 finance jobs in 2022. If you sell to banks, insurers, super funds, law firms or the consultancies that advise them, the people you need are concentrated in a handful of towers, and LinkedIn is one of the few channels that can reach them by name of employer.
The catch is that every other B2B marketer knows this. National brands with large budgets bid on the same job titles, so broad targeting such as “manager in financial services” burns money quickly. We work the other way round: start from the accounts that fit your offer, add the two or three seniority levels that actually approve spend, and exclude everyone who should never see the ad. The audience gets smaller, the cost per impression rises, and the cost per qualified conversation usually falls.
The metro area also behaves like several markets at once. Parramatta, Macquarie Park, North Sydney and the growing north-west run their own business ecosystems, and an IT services firm that wins in Pyrmont may have no profile among the pharmaceutical and technology employers of Macquarie Park. LinkedIn lets us split campaigns by company list rather than by postcode, which fits a city where the buyer’s employer matters more than their commute.
Slow commitment is normal here. Buying committees at large organisations take months, so a single ad is rarely enough. We layer thought leader ads from your partners and executives with retargeting sequences that follow engaged accounts through the evaluation, and run recruitment campaigns separately when you need to win talent from the same employers you sell to.

Industries we help in Sydney.
Six sectors with buyers who can be found by role and employer, and the campaign each one needs.
Banking, insurance and wealth
Banking alone employed 63,367 metro residents in 2021. We write compliant, product-neutral ads for fintechs, platforms and service providers selling into risk, operations and technology teams at the big institutions.
Legal, consulting and accounting
Professional services add about $28 billion a year to City of Sydney output. Partner-led thought leader posts and document ads carrying research work well for firms whose clients buy on reputation.
Software and IT services
ICT jobs cluster in City North, Pyrmont and Tech Central. SaaS vendors use named-account campaigns and conversation ads to reach CIOs, engineering leads and procurement at enterprise targets.
Health and life sciences
Hospitals employed 98,480 residents at the 2021 Census. Medical device, pharmaceutical and health software suppliers reach hospital executives and clinical managers through job function and employer targeting.
International education
NSW’s largest service export, worth $19.5 billion in 2024. Colleges and universities use LinkedIn for partnership, agent and industry-placement campaigns rather than student recruitment.
Manufacturing, transport and logistics
The Southern Enterprise precinct around Alexandria holds about half of the local area’s manufacturing jobs. Distributors and freight operators reach supply chain and operations managers with capability and case-led creative.
Find out what a qualified Sydney lead should cost you
In a strategy session we will size your target accounts, model a realistic cost per lead and tell you honestly whether LinkedIn beats your other channels.
Areas we serve across Sydney.
We work with firms in the CBD, Barangaroo and North Sydney, where finance and professional services dominate, and with technology businesses in Pyrmont, Ultimo and the Tech Central precinct running through Haymarket, Redfern and Eveleigh.
Outside the centre, our clients include businesses in Parramatta, Macquarie Park and Chatswood, the industrial and logistics belt of Alexandria and Mascot, the Norwest and Bella Vista business parks, and Liverpool in the south-west. All of it is handled remotely, with video calls for planning and reviews and live reporting you can open at any time.
Why a LinkedIn account is built differently.
If your team has only run search campaigns, these are the six shifts that matter most.
Discovery, not search
There is no keyword to bid on. People are in a feed, so the ad has to earn attention with a clear offer for a specific role.
Targeting by who, not what
Job title, function, seniority, industry, company size and named account lists let you reach the buying committee, not just anyone interested in the topic.
Higher cost per click, higher value per lead
The audience is narrow and professional, so clicks cost more. We work backwards from what a qualified lead is worth to set budgets and bids.
Long sales cycles need repeat exposure
A buyer rarely acts on the first ad. Retargeting and frequency control keep you in front of the same accounts while the deal matures.
The offer matters more than the ad
A guide, benchmark, webinar or audit that solves a real problem beats a generic 'contact us'. We help you develop the lead magnet, not just the ad.
Lead quality is measurable
With tracking and CRM feedback we can see which audiences and offers produce opportunities, and move budget away from the ones that only produce form fills.

The work included when we manage your LinkedIn Ads.
Twelve components, scoped to your accounts, your sales cycle and your budget.
LinkedIn Ads strategy. Objectives, audience, offer, funnel stages and budget agreed against your sales targets before anything is launched.
Audience research and sizing. Job titles, functions, industries and named company lists, sized so you know what spend the audience can absorb.
Account and campaign structure. Campaigns, audiences and ads organised so results are readable and tests are clean.
Ad creative and copywriting. Single image, video, carousel and document ads written for one role at a time.
Lead magnet development. The guide, report, webinar or audit that gives a busy decision maker a reason to hand over their details.
Lead gen forms and landing pages. Pre-filled forms and dedicated pages, tested against each other for qualified leads.
Message and conversation ads. Inbox campaigns for high-value accounts, written to read like a person, not a broadcast.
Retargeting and matched audiences. Website visitors, video viewers, contact lists and company lists, kept apart from your cold prospecting so each gets the right message.
Tracking and attribution. LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion events and CRM integration so leads can be followed through to revenue.
Bidding, budgets and frequency. Budget pacing, bid strategy and frequency control so spend goes to the people most likely to convert.
A/B testing. Structured tests on audience, offer, creative and form, with a decision recorded for each.
Monthly reporting. Spend, cost per qualified lead, opportunities and pipeline, with a clear recommendation for the next month.
Formats we use, and when.
A wealth platform courting advisers and a logistics firm courting procurement need different formats at each stage.
Single image and video
The workhorse feed formats for awareness and lead generation, built around one clear message.
Carousel and document ads
Let prospects flick through a framework, checklist or short report without leaving the feed.

Promote posts from your own leaders so buyers see people, not just a logo. See thought leadership ads.
Message and conversation ads
Direct to the inbox of a named audience, with a clear ask and, where it suits, a choice of replies.
Lead gen forms
Pre-filled forms that cut friction and lift submissions, synced to your CRM.

What does a LinkedIn Ads agency do?
A LinkedIn Ads agency plans, builds and runs your paid campaigns on LinkedIn. That covers audience and offer research, account structure, tracking, ad creative, lead magnets and landing pages, bidding and budgets, and reporting. The aim is a steady flow of the right decision makers entering your pipeline, at a cost per qualified lead that your sales numbers can support.
How is LinkedIn advertising different from Google Ads?
Google Ads catches people who are already searching for what you sell. LinkedIn is a discovery platform: nobody searches for your service on it, so you interrupt a professional with a relevant offer based on who they are, such as job title, seniority, industry and company. That changes the ad copy, the offer and the funnel. If you want both, see our Google Ads management service, and we plan the two channels together.
Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for B2B?
It is worth it when a customer is valuable enough to justify a higher cost per click and when your buyers can be identified by job title or company. It is usually the wrong channel when a sale is worth a few hundred dollars or when your buyer could be anyone. We will tell you which side of that line you are on before you spend anything.
Do you work with Sydney businesses?
We do, and the work is done remotely. Strategy, creative reviews and monthly check-ins run over video calls, and your campaign results sit in a shared dashboard that your sales and finance teams can open too.
What LinkedIn ad formats do you run?
Single image and video ads, carousel and document ads, message and conversation ads in the LinkedIn inbox, lead gen forms that pre-fill from the member's profile, and retargeting to website visitors and uploaded lists. We choose the format by the job it has to do. See our thought leadership ads and LinkedIn retargeting pages for two formats we run often.
How do you target the right people on LinkedIn?
We combine job title, job function, seniority, industry and company size with lists of the specific companies you want to win, and layer in matched audiences such as website visitors and your own contact lists. Then we exclude the people who should never see the ad, such as existing customers, competitors and your own staff, because wasted impressions are what make LinkedIn expensive. For a deeper look, read our guide to LinkedIn custom audiences.
How do you reach a buying committee at a large enterprise?
We build one audience per role in the committee, usually the executive sponsor, the technical evaluator and procurement, all restricted to the same list of target companies. Each role sees a message written for its concerns, and retargeting keeps the account warm while the evaluation runs. Reporting is grouped by account, so you can see which organisations are engaging before a single form is filled.
How long does it take to see results from LinkedIn ads?
Plan on the first four to six weeks as a learning period. We test audiences, offers and creative, and cut what does not work before we scale what does. You will see leads and cost per lead early. Revenue takes longer because B2B sales cycles are long, which is why we also report on qualified leads and opportunities from your CRM, not only form fills.
Should I use LinkedIn lead gen forms or a landing page?
In our experience, lead gen forms usually deliver more submissions at a lower cost per lead because the form is pre-filled and the member never leaves LinkedIn, while landing pages usually deliver higher lead quality because the visitor reads more and commits more. We test both against the same offer and judge them on qualified leads, then keep the one your sales team actually wants to call. Our conversion rate optimisation team builds and tests the landing pages.
Do you measure results beyond leads?
Yes. We install the LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking, connect LinkedIn to your CRM where you have one, and report on qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline. We flag when a cheap lead source is producing leads that never become deals, so budget moves to the audiences that produce revenue.
Should we plan around the end of financial year?
Usually, yes. Australia’s financial year ends on 30 June, and many B2B budget decisions are made in May and June. We often build awareness and retargeting pools in the months before, then push offers such as audits or pilots when budget holders are allocating the next year’s spend.
Can you run LinkedIn alongside Google Ads, SEO and Meta ads?
Yes, and it usually works better that way. LinkedIn creates demand among the people you want to sell to, while search and organic content capture them when they go looking. We run Google Ads, B2B SEO and Meta ads under one plan so budget follows performance across channels.
